## FAQ

### Do you supply insulated units for insulated door series?

Yes. Dual pane with a warm-edge spacer. We can pair an obscure or coated inboard lite with a clear outboard lite. Overall thickness is built to your retainer opening.

### Can you print a black border to hide the sealant line?

That's ceramic frit screen printing, done on site and fired during tempering. It won't peel, fade or chalk like an applied film.

### Is tempered garage door glass required by code?

Glazing in and adjacent to doors is a hazardous location under the IRC, so safety glazing is required. Every lite carries a permanent temper mark and meets ANSI Z97.1-2015 Class A and CPSC 16 CFR 1201 Category II.

### How fast can you turn a replacement lite for a dealer?

Standard sizes in stock thicknesses usually ship within the week. Send the pattern number or a measured sketch and we'll confirm the same day.
