## FAQ

### Can you cut to a hollow-metal kit opening?

Yes. Give us the kit's daylight opening and glazing bead allowance and we'll cut to the net size you need.

### Do you offer a satin or acid-etched look?

Satin etch is a special order, usually 6 mm, and we temper it like any other lite. A rolled pattern such as rain is ordered to the name you specify.

### Minimum order?

None. We run single replacement lites through repeating door programs.
