## Part families

- **Viewing windows**: Tempered lites for instrument doors and enclosures, cut to tight tolerance.
- **Sight glass panels**: Thicker lites where the panel sees pressure differential or impact.
- **Printed masks & scales**: Ceramic frit graduations, borders and blackout masks fired in permanently.
- **Drilled & notched panels**: Hardware holes, standoffs and notches cut before tempering.

## What we handle here

- **Ceramic frit screen printing** Borders, blackout bands, logos and legends fired into the glass during tempering. Permanent.
- **Drilling and edgework in-house** Holes, countersinks, and seamed, ground, or polished edges, finished here before the glass ships.
- **Large-format CNC cutting** Shapes, notches and radii cut from your DXF or DWG on lites up to 90" × 144".
- **Tempering under the same roof** Cut, printed and tempered in one building, so a print revision doesn't ripple through three subcontractors.

## FAQ

### Can you print graduations or a scale on the glass?

Yes. Ceramic frit, fired during tempering. Cleaners and repeated wiping do not take it off the way they take off pad printing or film.

### How tight a tolerance can you hold?

± 1/32" on cut size is standard. If your seal needs tighter, tell us before quoting and we'll say honestly whether we can hold it.

### Is tempered glass right for a sight glass under pressure?

It depends on the pressure and how you need the glass to fail. Send the application data. We would rather turn a part down than ship one that fails in the field.
