## What we handle here

- **Scheduled releases** Blanket POs with weekly pulls. We hold the released glass so your line can take it on schedule.
- **Ceramic frit screen printing** Borders, blackout bands, logos and legends fired into the glass during tempering. Permanent.
- **Quotes in a day, parts in a week** Most quotes go out within one business day; production typically ships in 5–10.
- **Tempering under the same roof** Cut, printed and tempered in one building, so a print revision doesn't ripple through three subcontractors.

## FAQ

### Can you pack parts for our carton line?

Tell us how the glass should show up at the packing station: interleaved stacks, boxed sets, or separated with foam. We pack it that way.

### How tight can you hold a repeat size?

± 1/32" on cut size with squareness inside 1/16". For automated assembly we'll run a first article for sign-off before the program starts.

### Do you handle overpack for breakage?

Yes, agreed as a percentage up front so a broken panel doesn't hold a carton.
