## What we handle here

- **Drilling and edgework in-house** Holes, countersinks, and seamed, ground, or polished edges, finished here before the glass ships.
- **Large-format CNC cutting** Shapes, notches and radii cut from your DXF or DWG on lites up to 90" × 144".
- **Ceramic frit screen printing** Borders, blackout bands, logos and legends fired into the glass during tempering. Permanent.
- **Tempering under the same roof** Cut, printed and tempered in one building, so a print revision doesn't ripple through three subcontractors.

## FAQ

### Why glass instead of acrylic?

Acrylic scratches, yellows and clouds with disinfectant. Tempered glass cleans indefinitely and looks like part of the fixture rather than a temporary measure.

### Can you cut a transaction opening?

Yes, on the CNC with the opening edges finished, before tempering.

### What thickness for a free-standing barrier?

5/16" or 3/8" depending on height and how it's supported. Send the layout and we'll recommend one.
