Large-format CNC glass cutting for shapes, notches, and holes
We cut on a large-format CNC table, up to 90" × 144" in one piece. Shapes, holes, notches, and cutouts come from your DXF, DWG, or a dimensioned sketch. Flat patterns do not carry a fixture charge.
The table runs float, low-iron, tinted, patterned, and satin etch from 1/8" to 1/2" (3–12 mm). Holes and notches are cut before tempering. We check the edge distance against the tempering limits before the glass is cut.
What usually comes across the table:
- Shape cutting: rectangles, radius corners, arches, trapezoids and freeform profiles
- Hole drilling: round holes, counter-sunk holes, notched cutouts for hardware
- Repeat production: same pattern run hundreds or thousands of times with ±1/32" consistency
- One-offs: single replacement lites cut from a template or the old piece
