Cut, edge, print, temper, and build insulated units without the glass leaving the building. Clear, gray, bronze, green, and obscure are usually on the rack. See the stock list.

• Large-Format CNC Cutting Single-piece runs up to 90″ × 144″. Holes, notches, and cutouts, fixture-free.
• Glass Drilling & Edgework Seamed, ground, flat polish, pencil edge, and miter. Countersunk holes on demand.
• Ceramic Frit Screen Printing Ceramic frit fired into the glass during tempering. Spot color or full coverage, custom screens.
• Glass Tempering Horizontal oscillating furnace, 3 mm – 12 mm. Architectural glazing to ANSI Z97.1-2015 Class A / 16 CFR 1201 Category II, automotive to ANSI/SAE Z26.1-1996 / FMVSS 205.
• Insulated Glass Units Dual-seal warm-edge units. Desiccant-filled spacer and a structural silicone secondary seal.
