Folding door lites
Narrow tall lites with tight corner radii for bi-fold door leaves.
Door glass is its own job. Tight radii, hardware holes, and a frame that will not forgive 1/16". We cut the lites on the CNC, print the border, and temper them marked and ready to glaze.
Narrow tall lites with tight corner radii for bi-fold door leaves.
Shaped lites cut to the frame profile with notches for the carrier.
Holes and countersinks for latch and guide hardware, cut before tempering.
Frit bands to hide gaskets and frames plus DOT legend and branding.

Need a spec not listed? We quote off your drawing. Colors we usually keep on hand.
DXF, DWG, PDF, a dimensioned sketch, or a photo of the part. We check holes and edge distances against the tempering limits before we price it, so the number is for a part we can actually make.

Tight enough for typical door corner profiles, but radius interacts with thickness and tempering. Send the profile and we'll confirm before you tool the frame.
There's a minimum edge distance for temperable holes. We check every hole schedule against it and tell you if a location needs to move.
Yes. Kitted and racked by door position, so the assembler is not sorting through a pile of lites.
A short note on the part is enough for a first number. Drawings and photos welcome.
